Comstock Mining Inc. welcomes you to the 2013 Annual Stockholders Meeting, scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Nevada Museum of Art, 160 West Liberty Street, Reno, Nevada. The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. PST. Free parking available.

The record date for the Annual Meeting is April 17, 2013. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on April 17, 2013 may vote at the meeting.

The Company will also host an Investor Day on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Please complete the registration form for each person attending prior to Friday, June 21, 2013.
